Journeling

I find journaling extremely helpful in getting my thoughts organized. What IS IT that I need in my life right now? What IS IT that I want? Once I can narrow my desire down then I can put it into a visual, and an affirmation. Then I can get to work believing that it's really part of my life. I can be grateful for it! All of this work goes into the journal...it's the place where my thoughts and dreams begin their manifestation!
