Read your Bibles people!!! This is absurd! Do you want to know the true "SECRET OF LIFE?" It's simple....it's printed in the oldest history book in the world!!! And it's free!!! No catches... it's called the BIBLE....you know, "THE WORD OF GOD..." If you read it and apply it, you'll realize that you will have all and more than could ever be accomplished by following this "law of attraction" or any other ridiculous "scheme" out there. And seriously... how can truly being a Christian and using this "law of attraction" possibly work hand in hand??? The answer....THEY CAN'T!!!!!!! If you believe that God is your creator, and that Jesus died for your sins, and you're following the Lord's word (the Bible...for anyone not familiar with the book), you would discover the REAL SECRET OF LIFE: "IT'S NOT ABOUT YOU!!!" Yes... I did just say that...."NOTHING IN THIS WORLD IS ABOUT YOU!!! IT'S ALL ABOUT GOD! IT'S NOT A SELFISH WAY OF THINKING....HMMM.....LET ME THINK ABOUT WHAT I WANT....AND IT WILL EVENTUALLY HAPPEN.....IT'S TOTALLY ABOUT WHAT GOD WANTS! LIFE IN THIS WORLD...AND THE THINGS IN IT, ARE NOT WHAT GOD INTENDS FOR US...unfortunately, we are human, and he gave us the ability to make our own choices... and really, there are only two choices to choose from....1) GOD.....understanding that this life here on earth is to test our faith in Him, humble us and show him that we understand "IT'S ALL ABOUT HIM...GOD...NOT US!" or 2) making the choice to choose our desires and focus solely on achieving what we want (not what God wants), and then suffering for it for eternity... by the way...did I mention that if you choose choice number 1, then you are PROMISED not only ETERNAL LIFE with HIM (GOD)--IN HIS KINGDOM, HEAVEN--but He also PROMISES us much more than we are even capable of imagining...we will be RICH when it count's... I don't know about you, but I think think that life in this world is too short to worry about "worldly" things...I would much rather spend my time here on earth working for the "BIG PICTURE".... Hmmmm...... That's ironic...... in the end, aren't we all trying to achieve the "BIG PICTURE????" The "BIG PICTURE" is being able to spend the rest of eternity with GOD in HIS HOLY KINGDOM.... my suggestion is that you stop trying to kid yourself, and stop justifying your desires for worldly things...it's displeasing to God....instead, pray with a sincere heart and ask for his forgiveness for being so selfish, let him know that you know that this life is not about you, it's about Him, and start over....When you're looking for the "SECRET of LIFE," pick up your Bible...and if you don't have one, and you can't borrow one...ask for one at a CHRISTIAN CHURCH....or, you can go to the library, and get it there...just remember though...if you do go to the library, wear your blindfold when you go by the "self" fulfillment books--so you don't run into this predicament all over again! I will pray that anyone reading this, and anyone seeking something better in their lives, will find the one and only way to truly having a fulfilling life....following God's word, and ultimately realizing that "IT'S ABOUT WHAT GOD WANTS...NOT YOU!"

ps...If you need a quick "pick me up" and you're feeling like you need more to life "right now," and you're not making the time to sit down and read the Bible in it's entirety, then, for those of you who are unfamiliar with the Bible, the Book of Proverbs (a chapter in the Bible), has a lot of uplifting advice ("quotes" or quick to do now directions to follow).
