decisions

Next time you are faced with an important decision, try to list all the pro's and con's of each.  Actually take the time out to list all the reasons you would like and dislike and the benefits of both.  By writing it down you should be able to recognize what is better for you, just not what seems most appealing at the time.  You can even just look back at the list a couple days later when you have a real clear head and time to think about it.  This may all help.  Also try not to dwell on your past.  They may not have been the best decisions, but who's to say that they are wrong.
