Any Scientific Evidence For Creating Your Own Reality?

Does some of this stuff sound a little out there? Are you wondering where any of the science is behind creating your own reality? Well, you're in luck - there's quite a bit of science and various studies from around the world to back it up! I'll share a little of it here with you.

Scientific Evidence:  Solid Material vs. Empty Space

Although our senses tell us most objects (chairs, tables, humans, cement, trees, etc.) are solid objects - I can't pass my hand through a chair as if I am a ghost in a movie - scientific research shows that all matter is made up of mostly empty space (the energy between molecules, atoms, and subatomic particles).  See Quantum Mechanics:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Quantum_mechanics and atom:  http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Atom.  Furthermore, when studying the atoms and subatomic particles under a very powerful microscope, they often pop in and out of existence and scientists do not know where they go.

Scientific Evidence:  Quantum Non-Locality & Cellular Communication

Research has also shown that very very remote particles can somehow communicate with each other instantaneously - non-local communication.  There is also a known phenomenon among certain plants and animals where they are able to communicate on a cellular level instantaneously.  For example, a human mother can be miles away from her infant and whatever strong feeling the infant experiences, such as cold, hunger, heat, etc. the mother is able to feel herself instantaneously, without any observant form of communication.  There is also a kind of tree which "knows" when there are too few of them so they all immediately become more toxic in order to protect themselves so they do not go extinct.  In addition, there is a phenomenon where a certain number of nearby animals in a given species display a behavior and that behavior automatically jumps a distance instantaneously and shows up in other animals of that species that had no form of communication with them.

Scientific Studies:  On Water Molecules

"Dr. Masaru Emoto [(author of 'The Hidden Messages of Water')] discovered that crystals formed in frozen water reveal changes when specific, concentrated thoughts are directed toward them.  He foun that water from clear springs and water that has been exposed to loving words show brilliant, complex, and colorful snowflake patterns.  In contrast, pollute water, or water exposed to negative thought, forms incomplete, asymmetrical patterns with dull colors.  The implications of this research create a new awareness of how we can positively impact the earth and our personal health." - http://www.whatthebleep.com/crystals/

Scientific Studies:  On Collective Meditation

There have been a few studies on the effects of collective meditation related to crime and pollution and probably more.  They found that the collective meditation (a group of buddhist monks for example) was able to reduce the crime rate in a given city simply with their thoughts, and also rid bodies of water of pollution simply with their thoughts.

Common Practice, Success, History

Visualization and other mental practices have been used numerous times in curing disease, illness, and other physical ailments.  Visualization is also commonly used by professional athletes to improve their sports performance.  Furthermore, there are many accounts throughout history, legends, tales, etc. such as the Bible, the magic genie, etc. that allude to the power of the mind, the law of attraction, the qualities of God and heaven, creating reality, manifesting desires, etc.

While the power of the mind is still very mysterous, there have been countless instances that demonstrate the power of thought.  Look in your own life and see how many things happened to you that "you just knew would happen" and start intending good things in your life!
