Hold onto the thoughts of what we want - you become what you think about most, but you also attract what you think about most.

Every thought has a frequency - you consistently emmit that frequency when you think that thought.

Most people think about what they don't want and wonder why it keeps showing up!

He created a vision board and put it in his office and whenever he looked at his vision board he got in the mindstate of already having acquired the stuff on his board.  Then he put the vision board in a box for a few years, through several moves, opened the box one day after being sealed for 5 years.  He had tears in his eyes because he realized the picture of the home on his vision board was the exact house his family was now living in, but they had renovated it, so he didn't even know he'd bought his dream house.  He finally understood everything he's done, everything about his success and the Law of Attraction and how it works.

Just when we think resources are dwindling, we find new resources to achieve new things.

Everything is made up of the same thing, the same energy; there isn't an out there and an in here, everything is connected - one energy field.
