How many times have you had the experience of getting something you "just knew would happen?"  It usually happens with the things we focus on a lot - whether we want it or not.  When you say to yourself over and over again in the morning, "I don't want to be late" - you're usually late!  And you're expecting to be late.  If you don't want to be late, just say "I want to be on time" - this will keep you more relaxed and more likely to be on time!  When you repeat anything to yourself over and over, it slips into your subconscious mind an  read more »
